چکیده
Abstract Electrospinning is a well-known and straightforward technique for creating nanofibres from various materials, such as metals, ceramics, polymers. The process takes place in strong electric field, causing the polymer solution to stretch, resulting micro/nanoscale fibres. parameters of electrospinning influence morphology nanofibres. In present study, zinc oxide (ZnO) were created polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) combining sol–gel methods. To measure effects on diameter ZnO + PVP nanofibres, Taguchi design experiment (DoE) approach was adopted, which comprised “PVP concentrations, flow rate, needle tip-to-collector distances, applied voltage”. S/N ratio, orthogonal L9 arrays with design, variance analysis. Several trials investigations are planned using ANOVA observe best circumstances synthesising PVP. DoE studies, it analysed that concentration most crucial determinant nanofibre diameter, followed by rate. For electro-spun an optimal combination also identified produce lowest diameters least variance. Interaction plot values recommended experimentation good interaction further selection parameter values.

Perlite or pearl stone is a natural glass which has formed by rapid cooling of viscous lava or magma. Perlite is mainly composed of silica, aluminum, potassium and sodium. In this experiment, perlite was used as a low-cost source of Si and Al to synthesis of sodalite zeolite using the alkaline hydrothermal treatment. A statistical Taguchi design of experiments was employed to evaluate the effec...
